A part of your life’s moments that tell your story. “I’m not going to tell you ‘since I was a little girl, I dreamt of one day becoming a photographer. And now, I get to capture everyone’s special moments.’ But I will say, ever since I had people in my life who believed in my potential and encouraged me into a side hustle behind a camera, life has gotten far more exciting.” Born and raised in the small village of Farley, Missouri (a part of the Kansas City Northland), I’ve always had my finger on the pulse with anything involving creativity and technology. I guess you could say my career as a photographer started in high school. I was a part of our Yearbook Staff and loved taking photos of sports and school activities; recording memories for my friends, family, and myself. I have always loved technology and showed interest in computers, cameras, editing music and more. After high school, I earned my degree in Advertising and minors in Broadcasting and Business. I continued my education and switched my career to a high school Business Teacher and went as far as earning my Specialist Degree in Technology in Schools. The truth is I have always enjoyed many things and could see myself pursue multiple career options. Landing in a career as a Business Teacher provided me the opportunity to do many things; even a used tractor parts business with my husband. To this day, I combine all of my experiences and focus on teaching business and technology skills to high school students. My passion is Graphic Design, Sports Marketing, and Photography. I owe my side hustle in photography to several who believed in my potential and encouraged me to use my skills and talent through Graphic Design and Photography. By day I teach high school students about Graphic Design, Web Design, Business Technology, and Sports Marketing. In my free time I love to travel, spend time with family and friends, seeking out adventure, gardening, playing the piano, and finding ways to express my creativity. My time in-between is spent capturing special moments for families, engaged couples, weddings, seniors, and even sports teams at the school I teach. My goal is to provide quality photos at an affordable price. Having the privilege to share and work with so many incredible people has been a part my story. I had Hannah take my college graduate photos. I wanted them to be a little bit different than your typical college graduate photos. I didn’t want to just bring a cap and gown and white dress and stand in front of my college and take photos. I wanted them to be old school/retro/vintage looking. Obviously we did some typical ones. But my photos turned out EXACTLY how I envisioned them. She did more than an amazing job. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. I booked the photo shoot for an hour and I got SO MANY PHOTOS. It was well worth the price. Thank you Hannah for making this the most enjoyable. Hannah was very professional and super sweet. She was so encouraging! I LOVED working with her. This is by far the best photoshoot I have ever had, as well as the best photos. Here are some of my favorites!!

Hannah has done such a great job on all our photos! She has done our engagement photos, wedding photos, and family photos. They all look so great and I always have trouble choosing my favorites!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set low compared to the going rate. I try to offer quality photos at an affordable price. I am upfront on total cost and there are no hidden fees. My quote will include everything that goes into delivering you an online gallery of edited photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what their needs are and provide a quote based off time, location, and the specific details they need. We book the photoshoot and payment is paid in full the day of the photo session or event. I typically have all edited photos sent in an online gallery within 1 - 2 weeks or less. I am able to offer photography, videography, and graphic design.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
