- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates. There are no trip charges or hidden fees to have an electrician on site. Although we do offer military and senior discounts (10% off), our Membership plan usually is the best value (15% off). Ask your service professional for more details.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We get hired a lot for troubleshooting jobs where the homeowner can't figure out what has caused a circuit to just stop working. We also do small jobs like change out ceiling fans and light fixtures. Large jobs would include panel changes and upgrades.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be comfortable with the company technician you hire.
