I typically charge per job. I like to visit the client’s home or the space that needs cleaning and provide a free estimate based on the specific work requested. My pricing is flexible and can cover many types of cleaning, including carpet cleaning, windows, basements, one-time deep cleans, and more. This way, each client receives a fair price tailored to their needs.

For first-time cleanings, the price is usually higher since it often requires more time and attention. However, if I am hired for recurring weekly or biweekly cleanings, the cost is significantly lower because regular upkeep keeps the home in good condition and requires less time.
