Introduction: Bonjour! Hello! Zdravstvuyte! My name is Anastasia (pronounced AH-nah-STAHSS-ia). I was born in the state of Ohio but moved to Russia with my family at only 3 months old. I spent 7 years in St. Petersburg, Russia and then lived in Kyiv, Ukraine until 2017 when I moved to the USA. My father is from Nice, France and my mother is from Ohio, so I grew up immersed in three languages and cultures! I am blessed to have lived in many places, but I feel most at home in Kyiv, where my parents and two younger siblings still live. My older sister lives in the state of New Hampshire with her husband, and I enjoy visiting them in the beautiful lakes region! When I meet someone who has an interest in a language or culture foreign to them I feel an instant connection with them. I love language learning and helping people learn the languages that I love!
