Introduction: Music makes your smarter, a scientific fact!! And, learning to play the piano is one of the very best way to spark your brain! It is very important to me that people learn and enjoy music. I teach students of all ages, young children to older adults. I try to have a balanced approach to learning various kinds of music. I live in northeast Springfield, close to Highway 65 & Chestnut expressway. The joy a student receives when given a piece of music they feel they cannot learn, and then to watch them apply themselves and learn that piece, knowing it was difficult, and yet they endured and receive a wonderful feeling of self confidence.
