Dustin was so very kind, thorough, and professional. I haven't ever seen our fireplace so clean! He even topped off the service with glass cleaner to shine up the glass and facade of the fireplace. A detailed inspection report with clear and concise photos and information was provided, and that made me feel comfortable with the repairs he was suggesting. He backed up all his suggestions with actual photos and detailed explanations of their necessity. His "fire-side manner" was refreshing. Will definitely be calling him back!
