Waking up to your home being 55 degrees with a new baby in the house is not a good feeling. After calling another (big) company in town at 5:30am and not hearing back by 8:30 I decided to call One Hour Heating and Air! Thankfully by 12pm Mario was here diagnosing the problem and got our heat going again. He was kind and efficient and the price was very reasonable for the repair and maintenance! I still have not heard back from the other company…

Our heat went out at the worst possible time, during a nasty snowstorm weekend, and Heartland’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came through big time. We completely lost heat last week. The tech ordered some parts and put them in today 01.14.2026. Very friendly guy. Said he has worked on this house many years ago. We've been in the house for 9 years and yet to have a complaint about OneHour.
