A year ago my 1969 era furnace died and One Hour installed heat and air. Cleaned all my vents and ducts. Today they came due to a problem, fixed it in a professional manner explaining as they proceeded. It was covered by my extended plan and I am so grateful I chose this company. Waking up to your home being 55 degrees with a new baby in the house is not a good feeling. After calling another (big) company in town at 5:30am and not hearing back by 8:30 I decided to call One Hour Heating and Air! Thankfully by 12pm Mario was here diagnosing the problem and got our heat going again. He was kind and efficient and the price was very reasonable for the repair and maintenance! I still have not heard back from the other company…
