Aviles Translations was an absolute dream to work with. They were professional and very quick with their response to all my questions. I need some translations for my wedding ceremony rather quickly, and Rick was super quick and kind with everything I needed. I will definitely be using their service again!Jun 16, 2018Verified

Mr Aviles, was easy to work with, polite and personable. His response time on communication with me was quick. I love how fast the turnaround time on translating my documents. His prices were more than fair. I would definitely recommend him for your translation needs, and I would most definitely use him again in the future.Sep 25, 2017Verified
I asked Ricardo to help me translate a document to Spanish. Ricardo is a thorough professional. He sent me the translated document in a word file before the time he promised and asked me if I had any questions. He is really diligent and has attention to details. Given a chance, I will like to work again with him!Sep 15, 2017
Aviles Translations LLC is a great company to work with whether you’re actually using their services or not. I’m an mma fighter and they signed on as a sponsor to help with my career and they have been nothing but professional and punctual in every dealing I’ve ever had with them. I recommend them to anyone I know that deals with international affairs.Dec 16, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is negotiable depending on the length and timing the customer may need for the job. Lessons are discounted when bought in packages. I try to complete all my work within a few days depending on my schedule and client needs. With that being said, clients needs are always first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Listening to the customer is key to our success. There are times when a project may be lucrative but we do not have the capabilities to handle it. We believe it is important to be honest and up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a native born Spanish speaker. From 1-12 grade I studied in Spanish. In 2008 I joined the military and passed the Defense Language Profiency Test with a near perfect score. I was able to translate verbally and written for the military police corp when needed. Shortly after I worked with Homeland Security as an intern where I would translate documents of high importance as well as calls and be a part of interviews and interrogations.
