What was thought to be a simple floor tear out and replacement became an enormous task. There was a 3/4 inch oak subfloor that needed to come out. Hosein did not back down. He took the challenge and did a beautiful job pulling out the old flooring and replacing with the hardwood and ceramic I chose. I would highly recommend his work and plan on hiring him back in the future when I am ready to rehab the kitchen
