Would also include Responsive and Punctual! I was extremely happy with everything. I was extremely happy with my water heater maintenance call. Excellent communication. Time was spent discussing the maintenance and the area was clean upon completion. My questions were answered and I did not feel rushed. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend.

Our furnace breaks done at the coldest time and late that night. I made a request for help.Potter heating and cooling was on it fast. They were there the next day. Ran a diagnostic. Pin pointed my problem and had us cozy warm in no time and at the right price. They are now #1 on my contact list.

Prompt, informative and fair. Being 1st time homeowners one is not necessarily aware of the cost associated with repairs and things of that nature.
