I get nervous hiring people for work around the house due to my limited knowledge but he was very informative and also very honest! He gave me a discount when I wouldnt have even noticed that my hose was broken and he was unable to complete his usual cleaning of the ac unit thing in the backyard. (It was pretty obvious that I wouldnt have noticed that and him not wanting to take advantage of that was really amazing and respectable) He also pointed out a couple other things I needed to do around the house that wouldnt even make him money so I just really appreciated that as well. I would definitely hire him and his apprentice again!

Would also include Responsive and Punctual! I was extremely happy with everything. I was extremely happy with my water heater maintenance call. Excellent communication. Time was spent discussing the maintenance and the area was clean upon completion. My questions were answered and I did not feel rushed. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend.
