Kathleen was prompt to respond to my query and on time for our appointment. My Cavalier King Charles was badly matted, but she took her time carefully brushing him out prior to bathing and trimming him. She even managed to save most of his tail hair and a decent amount of ear hair. He ended up with an adorable puppy cut. I think most groomers would have just shaved him head to tail and been done with it. I will definitely call on Kathleen again.

She was late without calling and the facilities were in poor condition, dirty etc...I'm sorry but would not recommend..

I'm sorry you felt my van was unclean. It's hard to keep it in tip top shape when you do as many dogs as I do in a day. I do clean it after my day is done so it's ready for the next day. Because I don't always have time between appointments. When I schedule I always give an hour leeway to cover for traffic and problems with the prior appointment. I always call if I'm going to get caught up.
