- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have created a introductory offer to enable a test drive of my coaching services. After the introductory sessions we will have a better idea of how to move forward and will create a package customized for your needs and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have you take an online assessment that will help me to enable to understand your productivity style and how you best work. We will then both review the results together and further discuss your goals and current challenges. This first session will be followed up with 2 more sessions (included in the introductory offer) so we see how well we work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30+ years of accounting and previous owner of a bookkeeping business in which I worked with various industries, including, service , construction, retail, both small business and entrepreneurs. I started my coaching business in 2003 and have worked with individual staff members, CEO, Dept managers and business owners. All my coaching is customized to the clients desired results and needs.
