Amanda & I spent 2.5 hours together & she gave me some tips for placing my makeup on, to create a day look, and then with some finishing touches to go from day to night. We used all the products I had and she also help educate me on uses of all the brushes in my toolkit, with some additional suggestions when I was ready to purchase new brushes. She confirmed that my already purchased colors were perfect for my skin tone. She used my bronzer in a new and unusual ways to create angles and illusions, that were subtle but effective when the job was complete. When done I looked healthy and felt pretty. For nights she advised staying in the jewel tones, and staying away from blues, which were what I had been using, for day and night. I liked the clean day look and I think I will be able to recreate what she did. She offered her time should have further questions, which I would not hesitate to do. Her techniques were different than my normal routine, so may need to call her until I have these new habits down pat. I would highly recommend for special occasions, professional needs, and or just to get a good make up lesson, with out the pressure of buying products, as I have felt at the make up counters.
