I hired Jordan remotely to shoot a customer testimonial video for our company. Jordan and I had an initial conversation on what we were looking for via phone and e-mail. He listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions as to what he thought would make the video even better and more memorable.
His suggestions were right on the money!
Jordan was professional, super easy to work with, on time, gave great direction and asked for feedback along the way.
Our final version of our video was done 2 days after the shoot, 2 DAYS!!!! I have previously waited at least 2 WEEKS, on projects like this.

We used StoriesUp for two separate days of filming at our schools with very tight schedules. Both days Jordan was there early and ready to go. We accomplished more in those two days than we initially anticipated. The 4K video was high quality and easy for us to edit for multiple purposes. Jordan clearly understands what it takes to film in a school setting as well as an industrial setting (career & technical education shops). FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical packages, which I call "Business Stories" and "Testimonial Stories" are $2800. This is for a full day shoot, at up to two locations. The finished video is typically 2-5 minutes long.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I find out about the company, company history, company culture, etc.
2) I ask for pictures of the filming location, or if budget allows for it, I do a location scout.
3) I'll send over the questions to the interviewees so they can take a look at them before the filming date.
4) I'll film the interviews and the b-roll at the locations, typically doing the interviews first.
5) I'll edit the video with a song choice and ask for feedback form the client. This is usually within a week of the filming date.
6) I finalize the edit. I can give the client the master file after they have approved it. This is usually two-three weeks after the filming date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Film Production from Webster University. I have been doing professional video work for over 20 years.
