FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the initial contact with a customer, whether it be over the phone or in person, we try to get the necessary information to understand the scope of a project. We usually set appointments and meet with the customer to fully understand what they are looking for. After that, we draw up an estimate for the work to be done and move forward at the customers wishes.
