Josh and Sim did a great job. They gave me a fair price and started work right away on my deck and had it finished in 4 days. They care about their customers and their quality of work and it's obvious. They're also good at what they do! Josh didn't mess around with a high bid and he gave his best bid up front, unlike what I see from a lot of contractors. I would definitely hire him again and appreciate the work he did after hiring a terrible painter that I found through Thumbtack.

When they came to evaluate the problem they went straight to the attic where moisture had been accumulating and found the problem. They looked in the kitchen where the ceiling was falling down from the moisture and determined which cabinets would have to come down and how much ceiling needed replacing. They gave me a bid which turned out to be less than 1/3 rd of a competitors so I chose them for the job. The day of the job they showed up on time and went straight to work. They did exactly what they said they would do and did an excellent . job. They even went above and beyond and volunteered to do some extra work that was not part of the job (for free). Josh and Lance were very respectful and pleasant to talk to. They cleaned up the area when they were finished with the job. I was so pleased that I gave them more money than the bid. I would definitely feel comfortable hiring them again.

Great work and an unbeatable warranty, I suggest this company to all of my friends that need work on their deck. Patios Plus went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the craftsmanship of our new decks. Josh at Patios Plus was great to work with. This was our first time working with a decking company and we were a bit intimidated by some of the other companies who quoted us for insane $40k plus decks for less than 300 feet of decking. Josh was able to beat their quotes for similar materials by a mile. Talking to him about our project, I could tell that he worked for large companies in the area for years because he recognized all of their tricks. He was straight forward with us and provided us with everything we asked for, and had a few useful suggestions along the way. We had our decks replaced a few weeks before our son was due. We were very particular about a few things, like rail height and clearance for safety, and getting them installed before our son arrived. After seeing the standard rail height, we talked to him about lowering the rail clearance by an extra half of an inch below normal and he quickly and happily rebuilt the rails he had put up. He went over and beyond what we expected at every chance he got. He even built strong baby gates for our stairs out of the same materials as the rails that blends perfectly with the look of the decks. When our son was born early, he worked extra time to make sure that it was ready before we came home. He works to do something special and unique for each of his clients. He wanted to do custom-cut posts for our deck. When we told him that we wanted something sleek and simple, he listened and the result is fantastic. He used hidden screws on the decking instead to really push the sleek look we asked for. Overall, we could not be happier with his work.
