Craft Room created a one of a kind custom piece of art that will make an excellent wedding keepsake. I told her an idea that I wanted to do, and she brought it to life. I have amazing puzzle pieces that look great and will hang on our wall after our ceremony.
Craft Room was very responsive, creative, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have our set prices, for the most part, for most of the items that we've previously made however, depending on what it is you're ordering and how much of it you're ordering or if it's a project we've not done before, it could affect the overall price. Discounts do apply for bulk orders...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is first, we get to know you and what it is you're interested in having made or engraved. We then look at our options, design it up and send it to you for approval before the job is started. Once we get approval, your order is completed and then shipped!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been working with wood for years, it's our favorite material to work with! We've learned what kinds of wood is best to use for certain projects and the many different things you can do with it.
