Craft Room created a one of a kind custom piece of art that will make an excellent wedding keepsake. I told her an idea that I wanted to do, and she brought it to life. I have amazing puzzle pieces that look great and will hang on our wall after our ceremony.
Craft Room was very responsive, creative, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece.

The lady who answered me was rather nice but she took almost 3 days to reply to me then she started questioning me because I was complimenting the business who answered me the first hour. I am not sure if this would be a reliable place to buy from.

To be honest, I'm SO GLAD we didn't get this job, good luck to the other company that gets the blessing to work with this person and good riddance, why can't they just MOVE ON!

That's great for them and great for you, we have a storefront and we're right in the middle of our busiest time of the year, Thumbtack leads are not the priority at the moment. By the way I responded 45 hours after you inquired, not a week later. Not really sure why you felt the need to say any of that today, you've already hired someone else, you made that clear yesterday. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have our set prices, for the most part, for most of the items that we've previously made however, depending on what it is you're ordering and how much of it you're ordering or if it's a project we've not done before, it could affect the overall price. Discounts do apply for bulk orders...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is first, we get to know you and what it is you're interested in having made or engraved. We then look at our options, design it up and send it to you for approval before the job is started. Once we get approval, your order is completed and then shipped!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been working with wood for years, it's our favorite material to work with! We've learned what kinds of wood is best to use for certain projects and the many different things you can do with it.
