We asked them to trim our tree in front because it was blocking the sidewalk and hanging over the street. He arrived on time and started the job.We paid him for his services as soon as he arrived. Next thing we knew the tree was actually cut down to the ground. It was a beautiful healthy tree. We are beside ourselves and are asking him to grind down the stump and plant a new tree for us at no cost. This is unacceptable. We specifically ordered a tree trim and he did not read the order correctly. If this is not resolved we will report this to the BBB. We asked for this on Saturday 8/19, the same day this happened and so far we have been ignored. If you can help we would appreciate it.

we talked to your husband before I even started the job and told him it wouldn't even look like it was there he paid me when he started complaining and screaming at me we don't feel comfortable around your husband I tried giving money back and he walked away and then I knocked on door to apologize and he started yelling again we are sorry for the confusion I would have never charged 100$ for a small tree trim that's ridiculous.
