Before we contacted Dee our kitchen was a disaster. The kitchen cabinets didn't work and counter was cluttered. We had no idea if we had to spend 10k on a kitchen remodel or fix the cabinets or drawers using what we already had. Dee showed up, analyzed the situation, and recommend we buy the pre-made drawers from their supplier and set a date for install at a fraction of the cost or replacing the cabinets. Now our kitchen has never felt better. My wife says she doesn't know what to do because now everything works. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dee showed up on time, kept us informed, and delivered an outstanding result. She was welcoming in answering my questions and very gracious with her time. Her company is now my go-to kitchen cabinet resource and I will be recommending them to my real estate company and peers.

I ended up not doing the work that J & D Loyd bid on, but they were flawless in their interactions with me. Gave me a reasonable bid with qualifications before coming out to inspect and assess and give a final bid. Needed antique hardware and they tracked down a match. Timely communication and attention to detail and went the extra mile. I wish I could have hired them, but an unexpected sewer problem took precedence for my budget.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We owned appliance stores for years and my husband has been remodeling houses with his father since he was a teenager. We purchased the Kitchen Tune Up franchise because their company Trustpoints are the manner in which we like to conduct business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Refacing cabinets is about 50% of our business. New cabinets 40% and Restoration and repair the final 10%.
