FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price or estimate you would be given is the best true number we can. sometimes we fall under that number and ill be honest as much as many want the extra if i'm over i return or credit the extras. The only time we need to raise our price is when there's hidden damage or unforeseen issues and those are discussed with options and agreed upon before we progress
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer? I'm not sure what this question is asking. Every customer of ours is treated like a friend a neighbor. The moment we have together maybe short or long but the impression we leave will last forever. If your hiring me thats a sacrifice on you side and a handshake on trust that we will keep our end of the deal. We treat everybody as if there our neighbor friend and family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personal have 20+ years in the trade. Our head carpenter has 37 years as a amazing fearless carpenter. We only do our best and would never take a job we wasn't both fully capable of or confident in.
