They exceeded expectations on a job that became more complicated than expected. The only issue I have is that I am still waiting to hear back from them as promised about an unknown problem with a previously installed drawer that needed some research to find a solution. Hopefully I will hear from them soon. I did pay in full and was/am thrilled with the installation of my cabinet handles and trim. It looks fantastic!

Marti, Thank you for the nice review. My apologies that I had not yet gotten back with you about the drawer that was installed incorrectly by another company. Your manufacturer has not yet fully answered the dimensional question and I should have updated you on that fact. I plan on going to the store and looking at measurements there within the next week.

I ended up not doing the work that J & D Loyd bid on, but they were flawless in their interactions with me. Gave me a reasonable bid with qualifications before coming out to inspect and assess and give a final bid. Needed antique hardware and they tracked down a match. Timely communication and attention to detail and went the extra mile. I wish I could have hired them, but an unexpected sewer problem took precedence for my budget.

Absolutely. If you don't stay current on the latest trends and products you are being unfair to your clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We owned appliance stores for years and my husband has been remodeling houses with his father since he was a teenager. We purchased the Kitchen Tune Up franchise because their company Trustpoints are the manner in which we like to conduct business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Refacing cabinets is about 50% of our business. New cabinets 40% and Restoration and repair the final 10%.
