I had been looking for a pool maintenance service in Franklin County for years. When I contacted the Pool Guys to get a bid they responded very quickly. They maintained my pool on a weekly basis last summer, opened and closed it when I requested and did a very thorough job of vacuuming, cleaning the skimmer boxes, backwashing and balancing the chemicals. They were very reliable and always contacted me if they were not able to come on my scheduled day.I highly recommend giving them a chance to help with your pool maintenance.Im looking forward to the summer knowing the FCPool Guys will keep my pool water sparkling and balanced.

Unfortunately I have the same story as another person here. Hired him to replace a liner, paid a deposit, have spent all summer chasing him to do the job, now i have a concrete hole, no liner and little chance of finding anyone else to do the work. Please do not hire this guy. Spare yourself.

I hired him on April 23, 2025 to replace a liner in an above ground pool. I was told it would take him a few days to get it done. After 8 weeks, I still didnt have a liner. I asked for a refund and kept getting excuse after excuse. Ultimately, I was promised a full refund on July 29. And nothing. I will have to file a lawsuit, I suppose.
