I appreciated that The Wentzville Air Tech was able to arrive within the time estimated even with bad weather in the area. My 8 year old system was first disabled after a semiannual maintenance check. The tech obviously inexperienced wanted to find some reason to bill for something so he overfilled my system with refrigerant that was not needed. I called another big company and that company replaced the compressor and said some refrigerant had to be taken out and they obviously took too much. The Wentzville Air Tech explained that the HVAC system is a closed loop system and you should not need refrigerant unless there is a leak. He also explained that the install was done incorrectly because a part was installed and there should only be one in the system. I really appreciate that he explained every step of the repair with tools and explain the alternative solutions, also making sure all was working before he left. Until I found Wentzville Air, I was done and looking for alternatives to heat and cool my home. Their business ethics has restored my faith that there is at least one qualified HVAC technician. Even if you don’t need HVAC service now you might want to call them to schedule a maintenance check to be ahead of any problems. Quality, efficient work, at the best price.

I have a two year tech school certification in both HVAC and Refrigeration. I also have 7 years of field experience in both.

Our owner had a previous company he worked for send him to school for HVAC. Many years later it was time for him to branch out on his own!
