Ben...the CC-Ben, aka Choas Controler!?! If so, I would like for you readers to know my background. My child 'graduated' from ABA, thereby (therapy for children on the autism spectrum). Although I know my child was transitioning, I thought it would be helpful for him to experience the culture and the constant challenge. I contacted CC-Ben with my situation.
Moreover, without a bat of the eye, he committed. He and my son (s- because his brothers like to join from time to time) over the last couple of months working on songs, definitions, and performing in front of people. We have been happy with this experience. I do not want to put a recommendation...in fear of losing him. However, he deserves to know how we feel about him. Thank you, Ben, you been so patient and encouraging.

Benjamin is doing a superb job with me. I am a retired, 68 year old guy who just took up guitar lessons for a hobby. Benjamin comes from South King County to our home in University Place. It’s a pretty long drive in lousy traffic. He shows up chipper and says let’s go learn something today.
He is an accomplished artist who is patient with me making noise rather than music. I am learning slowly but surely with his help. Neither he or I have broken my guitar out of frustrations. He Intuits that I am going to be slower than some of his other students. I am enjoying myself. He shows me things to practice each week.
I would highly recommend him for all ages. I know he teaches youngsters also, which are a far cry from me. Give him a try!

My 9 year old son has been working with Benjamin for a year. We have found Ben always patient, conscientious, and reliable. When my son chose to transition to learning electric guitar, Ben accompanied us on a weekend to pick out the new instrument. My son looks forward to his lessons with Ben, and we see him making great progress under Ben's guidance.

We feel so fortunate to have found Benjamin! He has been so supportive and encouraging of our son who had never touched a guitar before his first lesson. Assessment of a new student is of utmost importance. I assess the students preferences and goals I make sure that is a good fit for both and ensure that the student is comfortable above all else.
