About
Hi, my name is Dmitry. For the past 6 years, my wife and I have managed our own portfolio of rental properties, and I personally handle all of the ongoing maintenance.
That hands-on experience means I understand what it takes to keep a home or rental safe, functional, and looking its best—without overcharging. I believe in straightforward communication, reliable workmanship, and fair pricing for quality work.
If you’re looking for a dependable, one-person pro who treats your property like their own, I’d be happy to help. Message me with what you need, and we can discuss the best solution for your budget.

Great experience! He responded promptly to my request and gave me an accurate quote for the work I needed done. He scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us both and did excellent work for a competitive price. Will reach out again and refer others.
