What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of my work is hourly other than painting, drywall work, electrical, and plumbing are specialized work not on hourly basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can usually give a close estimate over the phone. If I show up to job I always confirm estimate before beginning work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in a lot of field knowledge of a large variety of trades.
