- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach with new customers begins with a consultation to discuss the project in detail, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations. Following this, I provide a customized quote. For smaller projects, no down payment is usually needed. However, for larger endeavors, we typically request a 50% deposit to commence work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a wealth of experience from many years working across various trades, complemented by extensive training from multiple trade schools. My expertise spans from constructing homes to holding an EPA license and an electrical license. This diverse background ensures the quality and reliability of my work.
