• Wall Painting: $1.50 per sq ft
Example: 10x10 room = 100 sq ft → $150
• Ceilings: $1.00 per square foot
• Bedroom Doors: $35 per door
• Exterior Doors $150 / $350 if +sanding
• Trim & Baseboards: $2 per linear foot
• Wallpaper removal $1.75 per square foot
• Sanding & staining $25 per linear foot
• Exterior painting 1.75 per square foot

I actually would select all qualities for this contractor. He is punctual, polite, professional, paints (all of the good p's) well and the cost was very budget friendly compared to other painters estimates. He painted for us as well as updated some of our flooring, looks like a new house. I will never not use him. We haven't taken photos yet but I will post them after phaseII of our project.
