If there was a "below one star" choice, that's what I would have given him. DO NOT RELY ON THIS TILE INSTALLER!! He tiled our kitchen as a contractor through the tile store. We were satisfied with his work, he gave us his card and tells us he works independently as well, so we gave him a call when we did a bathroom remodel. He came out and gave us a quote and we set up a start date. Approximately a week prior to the start date we started calling him to firm up dates and times. We probably called 10-15 times and left numerous messages and texts, but he couldn't / wouldn't return any calls. At the final hour we have been left without an installer and our plans to have the remodel done before Christmas are not going to happen. Whatever happened to good work ethic? If he had a more profitable job come up he could have at least let us know so we could start another search.
