Erica was a great help to us when we were preparing to move. We needed help organizing, sorting and really figuring out what we wanted to keep and what could be donated. We accomplished so much in the first session that the process of moving started to feel less daunting and more doable. Erica does a great job organizing and prioritizing tasks to get the job done. Also, she provided much needed moral support for items that I had a hard time letting go of. She was motivating, super friendly and even got my kids to help! I offer hourly pricing or package pricing which includes additional services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend a phone consultation to discuss their goals. I also appreciate seeing photos of their space(s) before we chat. Then we can schedule an in-home consultation or our first session, whichever they prefer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a professional organizing course and have plenty of hands-on experience! I'm constantly reading and learning anytime I can!
