If I could give negative stars, I would! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! I paid $375.00 for this guy to clean the squirrel's nests out of my soffits and replace a small piece of soffit on the corner of my house. The job appeared to be completed only about 1 month later the piece of soffit he replaced blew out on a windy day. This displays the lack of quality in his work. He said, "You are covered under your warranty with any issues". He took SIX weeks to come back and fix this. In the meantime, the squirrels were hard at work rebuilding a village in my soffits. I asked him before he left to confirm there were no nests left. He said there were not. WRONG! Within 2 days, the soffit is out again. There was a squirrel in there. I don't think he even checked because he was only up there for about 10 minutes. I was glad I was home this time, so I have a firsthand account of what did/didn't get done! Long story short, he has my $375.00 and now says I should call a pest control company. None of this would have been an issue if the job had been done right the first time and if the repair had been made in a timely manner. Now I have to pay someone else to do a job I have already paid him to complete. If you work hard for your money like I do, spend it elsewhere.

Its quite evident what happened here and this is not my fault at all. Her problems are being caused by squirrels, not disservice on my part. I am a siding repair service not an extermination service. All the homeowners I have done this type of repair for have called the exterminator first. Its quite evident by Stefanie's own admission in her review that the squirrels keep coming back and damaging her home. She also fails to admit in her review that I was delayed in returning to assess the situation because it was freezing cold and there was 14 inches of snow on the ground. I told her that I would crack the material if it was freezing outside and it was not safe with snow on the ground. I kept in contact with her the whole time. She went as far to have a mediator on thumbtack assess this situation and the mediator sided with me and I hope whoever reads this review has enough common sense to side with me as well. I truly think this person is confused and I hope she understands now without further mediation or explanation. Even though it is not covered under warranty and I have already came out and fixed her soffit that the squirrels keep knocking down twice and I did remove the nest debris as part of the standard repair; I did offer to fix her siding yet again only after she has an exterminator come out. And as a result she threatened me with this review.
