FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roof, siding, material and labor is figured by square foot. Other factors involved are framing, dry wall, and most flooring are figured by the square foot of the area. Carpet and concrete are figured by the yard. I always have to see the job because there are so many different variables that are involved in the process of giving an estimate. The best answer I have is to be knowledgeable of the process and don't be afraid to ask questions. But let the contractor do their job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and greet. First, we will go over the scope of the job, and what the home owner expects. We answer any and all questions at that time. Then we give an estimate on project to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificate in horde culture, but I am a carpenter by trade. I have been in the buisness for 25 years. I have been contracting for the last five. I am Osha 10 approved and have asbestos, lead and hazmat certifications. My LLC contracting company has recently merged with B&C Contracting Specialist.
