So happy I found Clif on here, he worked with me and my husband on our schedule. We were only able to do the home inspection on the weekend and he was already at the home when we arrived! Very thorough inspection, with detailed notes and pictures with advised repairs and course of action. All of this was received at the home, and then a full report and termite inspection! All for an affordable price and a friendly guy too! Thank you so much for your help with our first home!

Clif was clutch! Scheduled on short notice, he showed up early and stayed late, all for a great rate too. He was completely dedicated to providing a 1st rate experience throughout the duration of the process. Even with me bugging him with a thousand questions (which he answered) and pointing out a bunch of imperfections (which he already noted) he remained focused and intent on performing an incredible inspection. Clif responded quickly to my request and was able to come out the day after Christmas to survey the house and come up with a plan of mitigation and estimate. He returned 2 days later to complete the work, made his way through a few setbacks, and delivered by the end of the day. Tested radon levels again and were way below the cutoff levels! Clif was great to work with and had no problems identifying and implementing an appropriate solution. Very happy with the results!

First Home buying purchase inspection was done by Clif. Clif was at the home before hand to do the exterior of the home and also he went there two days before to put the Radon test in the home because it takes 48 hours to get a proper read. Luckily we had it done.. the home needs treatment. Clif was very welcoming with a big smile and excited to help us in the inspection process. He was very thorough, took his time and double checked things. When it came time for him to do Summery he explained in great detail and within 5 hours later we had a full report on the home. Clif also was willing to beat anyone's rate that he had by $25 less. But even if could match he is your man. Highly-rated and recommended from us. Thank you Clif!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a Home Inspector it's important to check their qualification. There are some inspectors with no formal training and some that just took classes over the internet. With Midwest Home and Property Inspection you get an inspector who has graduated from the Midwest Inspectors Institute and is certified through Kansas State University in Radon Measurement and Mitigation. One who is also certified as a termite inspector from the Department of Agriculture in both Missouri and Kansas.
