Footprints installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. They were quick to reply to questions. The work was done on time and it looks great. We would definitely use them again.

Footprints Floors did a good job removing our carpet and replaced with LVT, and Laminate doors. Had a few small hiccups but Bob did a great job of taking care of everything.

Bob was great from the first time I called Footprints! He came out to take measurements and to discuss what we wanted to do. Hes crew Sergio showed up on time and was professional and courteous during the entire process! Sergio paid close attention to every detail and workmanship from start to finish. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
