What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will meet with the client and they will get a folder. The folder will contain my insurance information, a little information on my company, and a reference list of previous clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Owens Corning certified along with a couple other manufacturers. I am also a Conklin distributor.
