Assembly express had the best price out of every one to assemble my furniture. Unfortunately, they texted me 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive that they would be here in 30 minutes. I run a virtual tutoring business from my house and I had picked the time so I could set him up to assemble the furniture and answer any questions without disrupting my lesson. When he arrived he had trouble with the gate. I wasn’t sure what the problem was and couldn’t leave my session to help him but told him we could just video chat so I could see what he was doing wrong. Instead of trouble shooting with me he said he would come back when I was free and hung up without allowing me to agree. The gate is not complicated. I have DoorDash and uber deliveries daily. If I was 45 minutes late I would be more accommodating.

Keep in mind this woman lives in a busy apartment complex with a broke gate that is broken closed. She knows this ok. Keep in mind I asked her 3 times what time should show. I always give an around time never an exact time. So I show up and text her she tells me to call her so I call her and the gate still didn’t open. Call her back again she now wants me to pick the lock to the security gate to come in. I kindly asked her to come and assist me getting in and she refused so I left until she has time. I’m not about to get out my truck in front of a line of cars to pick a lock to a security gate I know nothing about. Sorry she feels that way but all she has to do was come let me in simple.
