We offer a 10% discount to senior citizens, military, first responders and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and timeline. From there, we review the scope of work, visit the site if needed, and provide a clear estimate or proposal. Once approved, we schedule the work, communicate throughout the project, and complete the job with attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness. We want every customer to know what to expect from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background is built on real-world electrical construction experience, jobsite training, and ongoing knowledge of current electrical methods and code requirements. Master electrician licenses in MS, AL and LA. We stay focused on safe installation practices, proper troubleshooting, and delivering work that meets applicable electrical standards. Our experience covers residential, commercial, service, and specialty electrical work, which allows us to approach projects with both technical knowledge and practical field experience.
