Donald was easy to work with, prompt and professional. He quoted a reasonable price for the 3 jobs, sent photos of the completed work to me since I'm out of town, and did a quality job. Jobs were: repair a closet door with broken hinge; pressure wash entry area and balcony; remove old caulk and recaulk 2 toilets. I've saved his contact information and I'll be a repeat client. This guy was supppsed to come out on a Monday for 10am. He called me at 9:15 stating his alternator went out on his truck and he had to fix it. Asked could he reschedule for Tuesday at 1:30. On Tuesday he texted me stating he was on his way at 12noon. He had not arrived by 1:30 so I texted him on the app asking how far was he coming from and was he possibly broke down again because it had been an hour and a half and he had not made it to my house yet. He texted me back saying his car overheated but he was still on his way. By 2pm he had not made it yet so I asked would he give me a call. He did and I expressed how unprofessional he was because he did not have reliable transportation for someone running a business. I asked him how long before he got to my home. He said give him 30 minutes. Well 45 minutes later he pulls up in a garbage can of a vehicle. His appearance was not clean at all. I then asked him was he able to complete the job in a professional manner because his presentation was horrible. He said yes. He went to get tools out his car. He came inside to look at and measure my wall. His hands were so dirty that he left my wall filthy. He had to hang a picture that was in 4 separate parts. He used a ink pen instead of a pencil to mark his spots and when I complained of this he kept saying the markings would be so little that they would not be noticeable. I told him that a professional does not mark anyone’s freshly painted walls with a pen. And as I already knew. The markings were noticeable and I had to touch up my wall with paint once he was done because of this. This man left his nails and hammer in my house. Once he was done he took some of his supplies out to place in his vehicle but he left his leveler. I gave that to him. Once he was gone and I moved my sofa to wipe down my walls I noticed he had left his bag of nails and hammer as well. WHO DOES THIS??? I also saw where he had placed a hole in my wall in the wrong spot but did not tell me. He was a nice man though. BUT. Due to his failure to have reliable transportation. Failure to report on time. And appearance. I would not recommend him at all
