The firm also serves as reviewing and opinion counsel relating to attachment or perfection of security interests in Mississippi tax liens. The firm also provides legal counsel and representation in the areas of real property, business, construction and contract disputes and serves as Moeller counsel. Mr. Kalom, the firm's principal, has been a member of the National Tax Lien Association since its inception, serves as Mississippi legislative liaison for the NTLA and consults, as well as lectures and writes extensively on the state's tax lien market and laws. Mr. Kalom received his M.B.A from the Else School of Management, his J.D. from MS College School of Law and his I.L.M from the University of Miami School of Law.
