Rickey called me right away. We discussed what was needed and the scope of the job. He gave a ball park estimate. He went to the home and conducted a very thorough inspection. By the end the inspection he noticed that the issue was not as extensive as we projected but he discovered other problems that needed work and added them to the project. I really appreciated his directness and honesty. He knows his job and explains things well. We are off to a great start.
