What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a conversation with the customer to understand who they are and what kind of services they are seeking. We discuss whether it's a one-time need or will we need to get into a monthly or yearly contract. Everything is negotiable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2 yr. degree in Associate Science. I have 15 years of working in the construction industry. I've worked on federal, state, public, and private jobs. I understand every aspect of construction. I've dealt with Contracting Officers, Architects, Owners, and GCs.
