Will is a nice guy. He took down my old microwave and installed/mounted my new microwave over my stove in about 30mins. Didn't take long at all. I didn’t realize that “James” was his child that he brings with him. But I guess. He was well-behaved so it was cool.

This was the first time I have used thumbtack and the selection that I got was excellent. Couldn't got anybody better than him. Mr. Wu and James did excellent work very courteous.
