- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated. Everything is clearly spelled out. I only ask for the chance to bid on your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask to see their project. It is so difficult to bid without seeing the work. So I'll ask for a brief visit of just a few minutes, then I'll do my best to answer any questions they may have. And after leaving, if they have a concern, they can message or call me, as I try to be available as much as possible. I want my customers to have confidence in me and the work I do, be comfortable and relax as the process begins, and to be happy and glad that they hired me as the project is completed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I ask questions from the paint supplier I deal with. New products, what they are designed for, what they will and will not do.
