Is water leaking from your ceiling ever a good sign? No, ma'am, it isn't. It took only a glance at that huge water spot and dripping water headed for my bookcase to send my mind into a panic. I needed someone's help, and I needed it fast. I called Renew Air HVAC, LLC. I recall thinking, "Why did I call someone in Byhalia, Mississippi," but thankfully, they are located in Memphis too. This business-led by Bobby's experienced and professional mind, whose keen eye quickly surveyed the situation and resolved the problem in minutes. He thoughtfully detailed each step that he and his team accomplished. Steven and Que respected my home, my dogs and left my house without a sign of repair residue. They repaired the air conditioner, the dripping culprit, cleaned the pipes and ductwork connected to the air conditioner unit, and replaced all my ceiling vents. Bobby recognized a life-threatening mold that needed removing immediately. The air conditioning filter received repairs, including a sparkling clean on the outdoor unit. The icing on this smoothly planned job was the friendliest and most organized head gal, Mallory. She kept me informed of all the moving parts, the arrival times, the cost, and the details were under her thumb as she guided this process seamlessly. Naturally, I was impressed with the completed project my home received but enormously blessed it was left healthier for me and my pups.

These guys were great! They replaced our standard water heater with a tankless one. They gave us a great price on the water heater, responded quickly, and installed quickly. We will definitely use them for all of our other plumbing and HVAC needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to offer competitive and fair prices. We charge $75 for the initial service call, which includes inspection and diagnosis. Upon inspection, if we find more serious repairs are needed, we will waive the service call fee, if we're hired for the job. We're not out here trying to break the bank, and we always try to keep our prices lower than the competition's prices, without sacrificing quality, in the process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we always try to thoroughly explain things, as simply as possible. We ensure that they understand the process and our solutions to their problems. We don't want to overwhelm them with the formal technical problems, but instead, we break it down, in a way that even one without any prior knowledge of HVAC can understand. We gather all of their information upfront, so we can dive right in, when we get to the job site. Customers are the most important aspect of our job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our Operations Director has been in this business since 1990. He knows the ins and outs of every aspect of HVAC, old and new. Our technicians are kept up to date on the latest and greatest HVAC equipment and technology, to keep our customers updated, as well! All of our technicians receive specialized training from our highly qualified Operations Director, several times a year, just to ensure they're refreshed and at the top of their game!
