- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to offer competitive and fair prices. We charge $75 for the initial service call, which includes inspection and diagnosis. Upon inspection, if we find more serious repairs are needed, we will waive the service call fee, if we're hired for the job. We're not out here trying to break the bank, and we always try to keep our prices lower than the competition's prices, without sacrificing quality, in the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we always try to thoroughly explain things, as simply as possible. We ensure that they understand the process and our solutions to their problems. We don't want to overwhelm them with the formal technical problems, but instead, we break it down, in a way that even one without any prior knowledge of HVAC can understand. We gather all of their information upfront, so we can dive right in, when we get to the job site. Customers are the most important aspect of our job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our Operations Director has been in this business since 1990. He knows the ins and outs of every aspect of HVAC, old and new. Our technicians are kept up to date on the latest and greatest HVAC equipment and technology, to keep our customers updated, as well! All of our technicians receive specialized training from our highly qualified Operations Director, several times a year, just to ensure they're refreshed and at the top of their game!
