I contacted John today and he responded back promptly. He even came out the same day to look at the issue I was having. He was very pleasant and eager to fix my problem. I needed him to cut 1/2 inch off my counter top so that my oven could fit securely. John got right on the job the next business day!! He even installed my oven for me!! Job well done!
