Frank came at the appointed time, worked non stop until the work was finished, and when he left everything was finished to my satisfaction. I had hired him initially for installing an a.c. window unit, which he did to my satisfaction. While he was in my premises he spotted the greenish / blackish stain that was all over the exterior vinyl siding of my house, and gave me a price for cleaning the subject walls. His bid was reasonable, so I accepted it and he came the next day to clean the exterior walls. I now have a house that looks like new again. He did all his job on time, and responded to every request and suggestion I made while he was working. He obviously knows how to do his work, and he claims that he can do just about any manual work and considers himself, truly, a handyman. - I believe him. He was efficient, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. In summary, I recommend him without reservations.

This was my third attempt to use Thumbtack. The first contractor tried to overcharge me. The second contractor did not respond in a timely manner and never committed to a time to do the job. Frank showed up and completed the job. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving.
