This was my third attempt to use Thumbtack. The first contractor tried to overcharge me. The second contractor did not respond in a timely manner and never committed to a time to do the job. Frank showed up and completed the job. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving.
We needed a few small things to fix around my home which has turned into the best demolition ever. Frank also takes the time to answer the many questions that I have to include how to pick the correct nails for drilling. Frank prices are fair and always ask is that ok when discussing. This could be do to the many projects that were added at the last minute. Frank makes sure to expedite services if he's available. Luckily, he was available my first call and came and took care of that service the same day. Frank is very professional and very courteous. It feel like he's known us for years. I'd recommend Frank for all your household fixes!!!”

Frank came at the appointed time, worked non stop until the work was finished, and when he left everything was finished to my satisfaction.
I had hired him initially for installing an a.c. window unit, which he did to my satisfaction. While he was in my premises he spotted the greenish / blackish stain that was all over the exterior vinyl siding of my house, and gave me a price for cleaning the subject walls.
His bid was reasonable, so I accepted it and
he came the next day to clean the exterior walls. I now have a house that looks like new again.
He did all his job on time, and responded to every request and suggestion I made while he was working. He obviously knows how to do his work, and he claims that he can do just about any manual work and considers himself, truly, a handyman. - I believe him.
He was efficient, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. In summary, I recommend him without reservations.
