FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each project based on the work involved, materials, time, and complexity. We provide clear estimates so you know what to expect before work begins. For smaller projects, a minimum service charge may apply. We also encourage customers to combine multiple small repairs into one visit when possible, which can provide better value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer needs and usually ask for a few pictures and details about the project. From there, we determine whether we can provide an estimate remotely or need to see the project in person. Once the scope and price are agreed upon, we schedule the work, complete the project, clean up our work area, and make sure the customer is happy with the finished result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from years of hands-on work, learning from experienced tradesmen, and continuing to improve my skills through trade-specific training and education. I have experience with carpentry, drywall repair, painting, installation, home maintenance, troubleshooting, and a wide variety of residential repairs.
